Competition for Disabled Visual Artists
Holton Lee is calling for disabled visual artists to submit work that reflects/relates to Disability Arts for their annual Disability Arts Open.
Deadline for submission 1st December 08
Two prizes up to the value of £1,000 are available. There will be a Judges choice award and a Peoples Choice award.
Due to its success, this will be the 3rd Disability Arts Open held at Holton Lee. A panel of judges will select a shortlist of pieces to be part of the exhibition. The exhibition will be in the Gallery at Faith House 17th January - 8th March 09.

Young Entrepreneur Vlogs in YouTube
Check out Kim Kozak’s new video blog (Vlog) on You Tube. Kim is a young entrepreneur who is also a disabled person. Kim is providing strategic advice to US companies about how they can benefit from employing more disabled people. Kim refers to herself as an ADA consultant. I think ADA is the Americans with Disabilities Act… does anyone know for sure?
